Rama University's Independence Day festivities began with a ceremonial flag hoisting. Following the unfurling of the national flag by Honourable Chancellor Dr. Suraj B.S. Kushwah, the university choir gave a stirring rendition of the National Anthem. The Guard of Honour further set the ideal tone for the day’s events, adding a sense of pride and respect.

Cultural Presentations

Students from various faculties showcased their talents through vibrant cultural performances that highlighted India's unity in diversity. Traditional and contemporary dance forms beautifully reflected the essence of Indian culture. The Drama Club’s stage production on the Indian freedom movement received thunderous applause for its powerful performance and inspirational message.

Patriotic musical performances by solo singers further heightened the fervour, blending classical and modern notes with deep emotions of love for the motherland.

Celebrations and Community Bonding

As the program concluded, sweets were distributed to everyone in attendance, symbolising unity and harmony. The arrangements were efficiently managed by student volunteers, ensuring smooth distribution among faculty, staff, and students. This thoughtful gesture created a warm, festive, and inclusive atmosphere, leaving everyone with a sense of pride and belonging.
